Pole Dancing is a great workout, which will have you will developing strength, flexibility and self confidence by taking regular classes. You will not only get a great workout but will meet new people and have loads of fun.

Mpole has developed a range of Pole Dancing Classes & Lessons to suit women of all fitness levels. Mpole runs regular daytime and evening classes at the Mpole’s Newcastle Pole Dance Studio. Mpole also has a range of other classes if you decide Pole Dancing is not for you, like Lap Dancing, Sexy Stretch or Coyote Ugly.

However with mpole’s unique mobile pole dancing pole, mpole can hold pole dancing classes, lessons, workshops and parties wherever there is a flat surface, therefore we can bring the pole dancing to you! Ideal for hen’s nights and birthday parties.
