Resistance – makes pole dancing on the mpole a work out by providing resistance for all pole moves, this will make you stronger and fitter. This is great for developing strength and better pole dancing techniques.

Performance – makes pole dancing on the mpole a smoother work out, as the pole will spin easier then in the resistance setting. This setting is great for display work and performances.

Note: This will not make pole dancing easier, it will make spinning the pole easier.
