Line Dancing looks simple and easy, but there is a lot more to it then what meets the eye.
It requires the mind and the body to communicate therefore is great for increasing your coordination, along with toning and straightening the entire body. Line Dancing will also help you work on increasing stamina, improving posture and balance & giving you self-confidence.
Forget the country music, you will be working out the whole body & mind, to some hot main stream tracks.
So come on, slip on you boots and work up a sweat with this fun workshop! You will leave feeling unwound & revitalized and with a hot new line dancing routine.
This is a tough 2-hour workshop; some come prepared to have fun working up a sweat!
